01. General Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document forms a legal agreement between the 177 bat platform and its users. By visiting the 177 bat website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out in this document.

02. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on 177 bat, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• The information you provide must be accurate and complete, and must be in your own name.
• Each person may create only one account.
• You must have the legal right to use the service from Bangladesh.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be your own.

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required details. 177 bat reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or misleading information and to seize the balance of that account.

The identity verification process is conducted in accordance with proper security standards. Withdrawal may be restricted until verification is complete.

03. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 177 bat will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to keep your account secure.

All activity carried out on your account will be considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in a timely manner.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

177 bat currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 through any method.

When making a deposit, you must ensure that the payment account you use is registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account cancellation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment methods used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

If there is a delay or any issue with processing a withdrawal, please contact our support team. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met — details are in the bonus section below.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

To qualify for the welcome bonus, you must make your first deposit after registration. Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. 177 bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it if the bonus terms are violated.

5.2 VIP Cashback

177 bat's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier, calculated as a set percentage of that week's total net loss:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Net loss is the actual loss for that week after deducting total winnings from total bets placed. Cashback is credited directly to the account and its own terms and conditions apply.

5.3 Other Offers

06. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets or playing games on 177 bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the betting market itself is cancelled).
• For bets affected by network issues or device disconnection, the data recorded in the 177 bat system will be considered final.
• For sports betting, match results are determined by the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For live casino and slot games, the rules of the game provider apply; RTP information is as published by the provider.

If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, 177 bat reserves the right to correct the difference. Affected members will be notified in a timely manner.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any single violation may result in account cancellation and balance seizure:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Using tactics to circumvent bonus terms
• Placing or arranging bets on another person's account
• Using a third-party payment account
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of fraud
• Attempting to damage or compromise the platform's systems in any way

08. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 177 bat

177 bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, in particular when:

• There is suspicion that these Terms and Conditions have been violated
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account
• Issues arise during identity verification
• There are difficulties meeting legal or regulatory requirements

8.2 Closure by the User

You may contact our support team at any time to close your account. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance, provided it is consistent with these Terms and Conditions.

09. Privacy and Data Protection
